One of the best ways to explore and embrace a different culture is through its food; from its cooking methods to the way its served, you can learn a lot about a country and a person from their diet. Traditional foods help people identify with a specific culture as food can be deeply rooted in one’s customs and can be dated back centuries ago. Food can often be an expression of love and by sharing other people’s favourite regional dishes we can understand and better relate to one another.
